The event is being held at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Dr, Weybridge KT13 0SL

Please park all cars at Mercedes-Benz World (NOT the hotel, which is chargeable), we will have exclusive use of their colleague parking area for the entirety of the event

Optional accommodation was offered to all delegates for this event, if you are unsure of whether you booked a place, please refer to the Delegate Info email sent to you on the 8th of January by cathy.smyth@scgtogether.com.

Brooklands hotel – located next door to Mercedes-Benz World.

Check-in details

Check-in to Brooklands is after 15:00, time will be allocated during the afternoon sessions and before dinner for this, luggage can be left at the hotel on arrival at the SMT if you would prefer not to leave it in the car.

There will be an express check-in desk for SMT delegates at Brooklands hotel. Breakfast is served from 06:30 in the Brooklands hotel.

Check-out details

You can check out in the morning by leaving your key in Reception. Bags can be stored by Reception, if required, or you may find it easier to put your bags in your car.

If you have extended your stay to two nights, please liaise directly with marketing@scgtogether.com if you are unsure of the timings.

All delegates should report to the registration table on the first floor to collect their personalised agenda and name badge for the event

The dress code for both days, including dinner, of the event is business casual.

Thursday 23^rd January

Lunch will be served in the first-floor exhibition area between 12:00 and 13:00

Please make your way to Brooklands Hall on the ground floor for a prompt 13:30 start

There will be an extended refreshments break at 14:50 to allow time for a portion of SMT delegates to check in to Brooklands Hotel

15:30 – 17:15: Brooklands Hall

17:30 – 18:30: Hotel check-in

18:30:  Pre-dinner drinks at Mercedes-Benz World

19:00: Seated for dinner

Friday 24^th January

Please arrive back at Mercedes-Benz World and be seated in Brooklands hall by 08:30

08:45 – 10:30: morning session

10:30 – 10:50: refreshment break

10:50 – 12:30: morning session

12:30 – 13:30: lunch

13:30 – 16:30: afternoon session

If you are unable to attend the event, please take the following action:

It is essential that you let us know ASAP if you will not be attending the event.
