Recognition for Our People and Culture
Our HR, People & Culture Team was highly commended for its work in fostering a people-first culture across the Group.
Over the past year, the team has enhanced employee wellbeing and engagement through employee-led mental health initiatives, ESG leadership, the Shine recognition platform and the introduction of dedicated wellbeing spaces. These initiatives have helped create a more supportive, inclusive and high-performing environment for colleagues, while delivering measurable improvements in wellbeing across the business.
This recognition reflects the team’s ongoing commitment to ensuring SCG Together remains a place where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
Driving Partner Growth Through Marketing Innovation
Our Marketing Team was also highly commended for developing and delivering a scalable cyber security launch programme that enabled partners to capitalise on one of the fastest-growing areas of the technology market.
By combining proven go-to-market strategies, fully managed campaign delivery and embedded sales enablement, the team created a programme that helped partners generate new leads, accelerate growth and strengthen their market presence, while reducing the operational burden often associated with launching new services.
The recognition highlights the important role marketing plays in helping partners identify new opportunities and achieve sustainable business growth.
