Cloud environments, are a fantastic way for businesses to manage their business applications on virtual servers, removing the need for costly on-site servers, which need regular maintenance and a controlled environment.
We’ve been providing businesses with high quality hosted telephony solutions for over a decade and are delighted to launch the future of data communications – Evonex.
PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, and is a private telephone system that historically businesses owned, operated and maintained themselves on premises.
The market for business phone systems means that your company can benefit from a system chosen to meet your needs and enhance your productivity; as much as possible, it can be tailored to you specifically.
At Southern Communications we understand that choosing the best system for your business telecoms is an investment and that before you decide, it’s useful to see and trial some of the systems available.
Hosted telephony is when your phone system is hosted in the cloud and your calls are delivered over an internet connection, rather than a traditional phone system with ISDN lines housed in your office.
SIP Trunking (Session Initiation Protocol) is a very popular form of VoIP with larger businesses, call centres, and customer support departments as it directly connects phone systems to a network, resulting in high-performance bandwidth and communications.
Making the decision to upgrade to hosted telephony, which delivers your telephony over a data connection using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is an exciting and productive process that has positive results for many areas within a business, whether small or large.
